Great customer service! Took my laptop in to repair a cracked screen. We thought it was fixed but the replacement screen wasn't working so they ordered another new one. With the second new one installed the laptop wasn't working at all so he got me a full replacement laptop. Jeff really went above and beyond to get me back to having a working laptop.
